Melinda Cowell

MSW, LGSW

"It's my privilege to walk alongside clients as they root themselves in a solid foundation and grow into who they're meant to be."

Melinda is a Licensed Graduate Social Worker working toward her Clinical Social Work License, supporting children, adults, and families navigating life transitions. She has worked with a wide range of individuals across ages and needs, drawing on evidence-based, developmentally appropriate therapeutic practices.

She particularly enjoys working with women from young adulthood through the senior years, families navigating adoption and foster care, and children and adults experiencing neurodivergence, with a special focus on children ages 6-12. Her approach is compassionate, holistic, and trauma-informed - her greatest hope is for every client to feel safe, seen, heard, and valued. Outside the office, Melinda enjoys time with family and friends, along with quilting and gardening.
